Question: I understand you’re going to Pitt after you graduate?
Answer: I am. I’ve already visited the campus, and I liked it a lot. I’m planning on running track and cross country there.
Q: Cross country?
A: (laughs) Yeah.
Q: I guess this means no more soccer?
A: I probably could’ve played soccer at a D2 or D3 school but I want to run D1 track at Pitt.
Q: How long have you played soccer?
A: All my life, about 14 years.
Q: When did you start running track at Warren?
A: In my sophomore year, I was always one of the fastest guys on the soccer field, so I just decided to give track a try.
Q: What did you do in your freshman year?
A: I just played soccer.
Q: Do you remember how many goals you scored in your freshman season?
A: I was a forward, and I believe I had 8 goals and 2 assists.
